Watermelon-mango margaritas 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of watermelon chunks, seeds removed
  • 1 cup of mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup of orange juice or mango juice
  • 2 tablespoons of agave syrup or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Salt or sugar (optional), for rimming the glasses
  • Lime wedges and watermelon/mango slices for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Rim the glasses with salt or sugar (optional) by running a lime wedge around the rim of each glass and dipping them into a plate of salt or sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the watermelon chunks, mango chunks, lime juice, orange juice (or mango juice), and agave syrup. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more agave syrup.
  4. Fill each prepared glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the blended mixture into the glasses.
