Ingredients:
– 1 package (14.3 ounces) Oreo cookies
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 2 (3.4 ounces each) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
– 3 and 1/2 cups cold milk
– 1 (8 ounces) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
– Gummy worms, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or place them in a sealed plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin until fine crumbs form.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust layer.
- In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust in the baking dish.
- Pour the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with gummy worms if desired.
