Roasted Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Seeds

 

Ingredients:

– 2 cups pumpkin seeds

– 2 tablespoons melted butter

– 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Clean and rinse pumpkin seeds, removing any pumpkin flesh.
  3. Pat the seeds dry with a paper towel and spread them evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour the butter mixture over the pumpkin seeds, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
