Ingredients:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups cornflakes cereal
Directions:
- Combine granulated sugar and corn syrup in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir until it gently boils.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in peanut butter until well combined.
- Gently fold in cornflakes, ensuring even coating.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax or parchment paper-lined baking sheets.
- Allow to cool and set at room temperature for 20-30 minutes until firm.
