Lime Sherbet

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 drops green food coloring , optional

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the lime juice, sugar, milk, heavy cream and food coloring.
  2. Place in ice cream machine for 20-25 minutes until hardened.
  3. Freeze for 2 hours.
