Honey Mustard Chicken

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  4. Pour the honey mustard sauce over the cooked chicken breasts in the skillet.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Serve the chicken breasts with the honey mustard sauce spooned over the top.
