Directions:
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Pour in the crushed tomatoes and stir to combine with the garlic.
- Add dried oregano, dried basil, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the saucepan. Stir well to incorporate the seasonings.
- Simmer the sauce over low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. If you like a spicier sauce, add red pepper flakes to taste.
- Remove from heat and let cool before using as a pizza sauce.
