Cinnamon Honey Butter

 

Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

– 2 tablespoons honey

– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, honey, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or cinnamon flavor as desired, adding more honey or cinnamon if needed.
  4. Transfer the cinnamon honey butter to a small serving bowl or jar.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use. If refrigerated, let the butter sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving to soften.
