  • 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
For Main Dish:
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Carrot, sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Scallion, long cut, 2 Inch long
  • 1/2 Cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Water / Chicken Stock (Optional)
  • Salt, as needed
For Sauce Mix:
  • 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce / Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt, as needed
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
