cheesy garlic bread

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf of French or Italian bread
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined.
