- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Balsamic vinegar, for drizzling (optional)
- Freshly baked bread, for dipping
Directions:
Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, dried rosemary, crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Add Olive Oil: Pour the extra virgin olive oil over the spice mixture and stir to combine.
Finish with Cheese: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the oil mixture.
Serve: Pour the bread dipping oil into a shallow dish or individual ramekins. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired. Serve with freshly baked bread for dipping.
