Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
– 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
– 1 cup butterscotch chips
– 1 cup shredded coconut
– 1 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or pecans)
– 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
– 1 1/2 cups assorted candy (such as M&M’s, Reese’s Pieces, or chopped chocolate bars)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the semisweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts over the graham cracker crust.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the mixture in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the assorted candy over the condensed milk layer, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and let the candy cookie bars cool completely in the baking dish before cutting into squares.
