- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions:
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly, until fragrant.

- Continue to cook for another minute or until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the shrimp nicely.
- Remove the skillet from heat and garnish the shrimp with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
