Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the cooked shrimp in the skillet. Stir to coat the shrimp evenly with the sauce.

  7. Remove the skillet from heat and garnish the shrimp with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  8. Serve the buttery honey garlic shrimp immediately over cooked rice or noodles.
