Best Green Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

– 1 ripe banana, peeled

– 1 cup fresh spinach leaves

– 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

– 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

– 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

– 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water

– Ice cubes, as needed

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk or coconut water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
