Beef Bulgogi

 

Ingredients:

– 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced

– 1/2 cup soy sauce

– 1/4 cup brown sugar

– 2 tablespoons sesame oil

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 2 green onions, chopped

– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and black pepper.
  2. Add sliced beef to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
