Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
