Place chocolate in the centre of the pastry. Slice the pastry diagonally into 2cm-wide strips along the long sides of the block.
Fold the short ends over the block. Fold a strip of pastry over the block. Fold another strip from the opposite side, slightly overlapping. Alternate the strips over the chocolate until completely enclosed.
Place in an air fryer and cook at 180°C for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden.
Cut into slices. Drizzle over caramel sauce. Serve with ice-cream or cream.
