Refreshing, Nourishing Vitamin Water

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups watermelon, sliced into 1″ cubes
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1/2 red grapefruit, sliced and quartered
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 2 quarts water
  • Ice
  • Sparkling water (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine the watermelon, lime, lemon, grapefruit, cucumber, and mint leaves in a large pitcher.
  2. Pour in the water and stir to combine.
  3. Place the pitcher in the fridge and let the water infuse overnight.
  4. To serve, pour the infused water into glasses filled halfway with ice. Spoon in a piece or two of fruit for show, and top with a splash of sparkling water if desired.
  5. Enjoy the refreshing and nourishing vitamin water!
