Ingredients:
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/4 pound ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons diced onions
- 2 tablespoons diced pickles
- 2 slices American cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions:
Step 1: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
Step 2: While the beef is cooking, warm the flour tortilla in a separate skillet or microwave for about 10-15 seconds to make it easier to fold.
Step 3: Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set it aside.
Step 4: In the same skillet, add the vegetable oil and heat it over medium heat.
Step 5: Place the warmed tortilla on a clean surface and start assembling the crunchwrap. In the center of the tortilla, layer the shredded lettuce, diced onions, diced pickles, cooked ground beef, American cheese slices, shredded cheddar cheese, and Thousand Island dressing.
Step 6: To fold the crunchwrap, start by folding the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold the sides in towards the center, and finally fold the top down to enclose the filling completely, forming a hexagon shape.
Step 7: Once the crunchwrap is folded, carefully place it seam-side down in the heated skillet.
Step 8: Cook the crunchwrap for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Step 9: Remove the crunchwrap from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before serving.
Step 10: Slice the crunchwrap in half and serve warm.
Step 11: Enjoy your homemade Big Mac Crunchwrap!
