Ingredients:

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup cooked broccoli florets, chopped
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– cup breadcrumbs
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375F 190C.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. In a bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme.
4. Carefully make a pocket in each chicken breast by cutting a slit horizontally, without cutting all the way through.
5. Stuff each chicken breast with the broccoli and cheddar mixture.
6. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
7. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.
8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
9. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
