Candy Cookie Bars

 

Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

– 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

– 1 cup butterscotch chips

– 1 cup shredded coconut

– 1 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or pecans)

– 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

– 1 1/2 cups assorted candy (such as M&M’s, Reese’s Pieces, or chopped chocolate bars)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the semisweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the mixture in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the assorted candy over the condensed milk layer, pressing lightly to adhere.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the candy cookie bars cool completely in the baking dish before cutting into squares.
