Homemade Healthy Coffee Creamer

 

Ingredients:

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

– 1/4 cup raw cashews

– 2 tablespoons maple syrup

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine almond milk, raw cashews, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Store the coffee creamer in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  4. Shake well before each use and pour desired amount into your coffee.
