Blueberry salsa 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries, washed and drained
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
